§ 25.72. Customer's control valves.

The customer shall install a suitable valve for his use on his property as close to the meter location as practicable, the operation of which will control the entire water supply from the service. No person except authorized City of Vernon personnel shall enter the meter vault or operate or cause to be operated the curb stop or valve in the meter box installed by the Public Utilities Department.
