§ 25.71. Unsafe apparatus.

The Public Utilities Department may refuse to furnish water and discontinue service to any premises where apparatus, appliance, or equipment using water are dangerous, unsafe, or not in conformity with any applicable laws or ordinances, and where such service may be detrimental or injurious to the service furnished to other customers.
