§ 25.73. Interruption in service.

The Public Utilities Department reserves the right to shut off the water to any premises or portion of the distribution system as long as necessary, without notice to the customer, if an emergency so dictates. In cases other than an emergency, the Public Utilities Department shall attempt to notify all customers of the forthcoming interruption of service and the probable length of time for which the water will be shut off.
