§ 11.13.3. Food handling.

  • All food shall be prepared, stored, packed, packaged, transported, held, and served so as to be protected from contamination, adulteration, and spoilage; and shall conform to the applicable provisions of the California Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law and the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law.
