§ 11.10.5. Closure declaration placard.

Upon suspension or revocation of a retail food facility health permit by the health officer, the health officer may post a Closure Declaration Placard and the Food Official Inspection Report where they are clearly visible to the general public and to patrons. The Closure Declaration Placard and the Food Official Inspection Report shall remain posted until removed by the health officer. Removal or alteration of the Closure Declaration Placard or the Food Official Inspection Report by anyone other than the health officer is a violation of this chapter and shall be punishable as specified in section 11.3.4 and/or may result in the permanent revocation of a suspended health permit.
