§ 11.3.4. Violation of any section of this chapter is a misdemeanor.

Any person who violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each offense shall be punished by a fine not less than twenty-five ($25.00) dollars or more than one thousand ($1000.00) dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
