§ 11.7.8. Gloves.

  • All food handlers shall maintain gloves, if they are used in food handling, in an intact, clean and sanitary condition. The gloves shall be of an impermeable material, used for a single food handling operation only, and not reused. A clean pair of gloves shall be used at the start of work, when resuming work after an absence from the work station, and at any other time when the gloves may have become soiled or contaminated.
