§ 5.94. Register of entertainers.

(a) Every permittee of an adult or sexually oriented business which provides live entertainment depicting specified anatomical areas or involving specified sexual activities must maintain a register of all persons so performing on the premises and their permit numbers. Such register shall be available for inspection during regular business hours by any City of Vernon Police Officer or Health Department officer.
