Except as otherwise specifically provided by the provisions of this chapter, all licenses must be kept and posted in the following manner:
(a) Subject to other provisions of this chapter, any licensee engaged in business at a fixed place of occupancy shall keep the issued license posted in a conspicuous place upon the premises where such business is conducted;
(b) Any person engaged in business in the City, but not operating at a fixed place of occupancy, shall keep the license issued to him or her upon his or her person at all times while engaged in such business;
(c) Any person operating or conducting any business from a vehicle shall keep the issued license for such vehicle firmly affixed to the vehicle in a conspicuous place.
