§ 5.14. Renewals.

  • At the time of application for the renewal of the annual license required under this chapter, if the license tax is based on the average number of persons employed in the city, then the licensee shall file with the City Clerk, on forms supplied by him or her, a statement showing the average number of persons employed in the city in the conduct of the applicant’s business during the preceding year. This form shall also show the average number of employees as defined herein and computed as required in Section 5.1. Such license tax shall be paid upon the basis of that statement. (Ord.
