§ 25.83. Cross-connection rules and regulations.

The City Council shall by resolution enact cross-connection rules and regulations to implement and clarify the requirements of this article regarding the installation, maintenance, testing, and inspection of backflow prevention devices. Upon approval such rules and regulations shall have the same force and effect as the provisions of this article. (Ord. No. 984.)
