§ 25.31. Same - Newly constructed system must comply with article.

It shall be unlawful for any person to supply water from a newly constructed water system or from a newly constructed portion of a water system until such construction complies with all the provisions of this article. (Ord. No. 793, § 3.04; Ord. No. 985, § Appx. A.)
