§ 13.29. Master list of hazardous substances.

The local agency shall compile a comprehensive master list of hazardous substances. The master list shall be made available to the public. The local agency and the owners or operators of underground storage tanks shall use the master list to determine which underground storage tanks require permits pursuant to this article. Hazardous substances included on the list may be denominated by scientific, common, trade, or brand names. The local agency may revise, when appropriate, the master list of hazardous substances.
