§ 13.30. Assumption of responsibility.

The City of Vernon hereby assumes responsibility for the implementation of this article and, shall have exclusive jurisdiction within the boundary of the city for the purposes of carrying out this article. The city shall provide notice of its program to the County of Los Angeles, the Board, the Department and the State Office of Emergency Services. The city council of the City of Vernon hereby designates the local agency to be responsible for administering and enforcing the provisions of this article. (Ord. No. 944, § 3.)
