§ 11.12.8. Right to impound.

The health officer may impound any equipment or utensil, used by a caterer, which is unapproved, found to be insanitary, or in such disrepair that it may cause food to become contaminated or adulterated. The health officer may place a tag on impounded equipment or utensils, which shall be removed only by the health officer. (Ord. No. 1080, § 4, Exh. A.)
