§ 11.12.2. Resisting or disobeying a health officer prohibited.

No person shall refuse, resist, or attempt to resist the entry of the health officer into any establishment, facility, railway car, stage, vehicle, building, room, lot, place, or portion thereof in the City in the performance of his or her duty. No person shall refuse to obey any lawful order of the health officer, made in the performance of his or her duties, within the power conferred upon him or her by state law or by this chapter. (Ord.
