§ 11.10.1. Compliance with state law.

  • Restaurants, retail food production establishments, retail food markets, food vending machines, commissaries, temporary food facilities, temporary event organizers, mobile food preparation units, and mobile food facilities as defined in this chapter, shall be in compliance with all applicable state laws, including the California Sherman Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law and the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law.
