§ 11.5.9. Right to impound.

- The health officer may impound any equipment or utensil, in a wholesale food facility, which is unapproved, found to be insanitary, or in such disrepair that it may cause food to become contaminated or adulterated. The health officer may place a tag on impounded equipment or utensils which shall be removed only by the health officer. (Ord. No. 1080, § 4, Exh. A.)
