§ 11.5.3. Inspection report and hearing.

  • A written report of inspection shall be prepared by the health officer and a copy shall be supplied or mailed to the permittee of the facility inspected. If the permittee fails to comply with the requests of the health officer, the health officer shall issue to the permittee a notice setting forth the acts or omissions with which the permittee is charged, and informing him or her of a right to a hearing, if requested, to show cause why the permit should not be suspended or revoked.
