§ 7.29. Performance of the abatement by contract.

Abatement of the nuisance may, in the discretion of the city council, be performed by private contract. In such event, the contractor shall keep the account and submit to the city an itemized written record of abatement for each separate parcel of land. (Ord. No. 1085, § 3, Ex.
