§ 5.132. Interaction with California Public Utilities Commission.

Nothing contained in this Article is intended to conflict with tariffs of any service supplier subject to the jurisdiction of the California Public Utilities Commission or with any applicable rules or regulations of said Commission. In the event any such conflict arises, the provisions of said rules, regulations and tariffs shall control.
