Transfer ownership or control of an adult or sexually oriented business shall mean and include:
(1) The sale, lease, or sublease of an adult or sexually oriented business; or
(2) The transfer of securities which constitute a controlling interest in an adult or sexually oriented business whether by sale, exchange or similar means; or
(3) The establishment of a trust, gift, or other similar legal device which transfers ownership or control of an adult or sexually oriented business, except for transfer by bequest or other operation of law on the death of a person possessing ownership or control.
