Nude, nudity, or a state of nudity shall mean the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or anus with less than a fully opaque covering, the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple or the showing of completely or opaquely covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.
Operate an adult or sexually oriented business shall mean the supervising, managing, inspecting, directing, organizing, controlling or in any way being responsible for or in charge of the conduct of activities of an adult or sexually oriented business or activities within an adult or sexually oriented business.
