§ 5.61. Chapter not to burden interstate or foreign commerce.

  • Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as requiring a license or the payment of a license tax or the doing of an act which would constitute an unlawful burden upon or an unlawful interference with interstate or foreign commerce or which would be in violation of the constitution or the laws of the United States Constitution or the laws of the state.
