§ 5.51. Rules and regulations.

Upon the approval of the city council, the city clerk is authorized to make such rules and regulations as may be necessary to aid or assist in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Such regulations, when approved by resolution of the city council, shall have the same force and effect as though regularly adopted by the city council. (Ord. No. 802, § 15; Ord. No. 868, § 15; Ord.
