§ 4.8. Compliance with laws prerequisite to issuance.

No permit to conduct or carry on an auto wrecking business shall be granted by the city council to any person who fails, refuses or neglects to comply with the laws and ordinances relating to and regulating the business for which such permit is sought. (Ord. No. 509, § 6.)
