§ 25.109. Appeal.

Any determination or decision by the General Manager of Public Utilities may be appealed to the City Council. Such appeal shall be filed within thirty days of said determination or decision. The decision of the City Council shall be final. (Ord. 995, App. A; Ord. No. 1240, § 2.)
