§ 25.77. Cross-connections.

To comply with the regulations of the State of California, Code of Regulations, Title 17 - Public Health, "Regulations Relating to Cross-Connections," and with the Vernon City Code sections on the water supply which prohibit unprotected cross-connections between the public water supply and any unapproved source of water, a back-flow protection device shall be installed and maintained by and at the expense of the customer.
