Violations of this article may also be redressed in the manner thereinafter set forth by civil action. In addition to being subject to criminal prosecution, any person who violates any of the provisions of this article may be made the subject of a civil action. Appropriate civil action includes, but is not limited to, injunctive relief and cost recovery. (Ord. No. 985, § Appx. A.)
