§ 25.40-3. Same - Appeal.

If a property owner or authorized agent disagrees with the determination, such person may submit evidence to the enforcement agency indicating that there is no violation and then shall have a right to appeal an adverse decision of the enforcement agency to the city council in accordance with the provisions of the following section.
