§ 25.39. Same - Drinking fountain requirements.

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain any drinking fountain which is unsanitary, or which is not an approved angle-jet type with surrounding guard and provided with potable water under adequate pressure. (Ord. No. 793, § 3.12; Ord. No. 985, § Appx. A.)
