When the enforcement agency issues a permit pursuant to this article, it may condition the permit in any manner necessary to carry out the purpose of this article. Conditions may include, but are not limited to, such quantity and quality testing methods as the enforcement agency finds necessary. (Ord. No. 985, § Appx. A.)
