§ 25.12-4. Same - Permit fees.

A fee shall be paid to the enforcement agency by each person who submits an application for a permit to construct, reconstruct, repair or destroy a well. The city council of the City of Vernon shall establish the amount of the fees by resolution at a level sufficient to pay the necessary and reasonable costs incurred in administering this chapter, including but not limited to permitting and inspection responsibilities. The city council may provide for the waivers of fees when a public agency makes an application for a permit. (Ord. No. 985, § Appx. A.)
