§ 25.5. Monthly square footage rates for fire-related water services.

Water rates shall be established in the form of a monthly charge for costs of fire-related water services. Such rate shall be based on the number of gross square feet, as measured from the exterior, of all buildings and structures in the City and all outside storage areas where combustible materials are stored in the City.
