§ 25.1. Water rates established.

Water rates as hereinafter set forth shall be paid by the customers of the Vernon water system in order to pay for the costs of water services. Such rates shall be allocated as separate charges for meters, for water consumption, and for fire-related water services. Each customer shall pay all such charges.
