§ 19.56. Solicitation by telephone.

No person shall use or cause to be used a telephone to accomplish any of the acts set forth in sections 19.41 and 19.42 without first complying with the provisions of Article 1.4 of Chapter 1 of Part 3 of Division 7 (commencing with section 17511) of the California Business and Professions Code.
