§ 19.50. Prosecution of permit holder not barred by revocation or refusal to grant permit.

The revocation of a permit or the failure to grant a permit as herein provided shall not be a bar to the prosecution of the holder thereof for a violation of any provision of this article. (Ord. No. 790, § 11; Ord. No. 1051, § 4.)
