§ 19.29. City council appeal.

The suspension shall become a permanent revocation of said permit fifteen days after the order of suspension becomes effective, unless the permittee files an appeal of the order of suspension in the manner set forth in this article. When an appeal is filed, the order of suspension shall be stayed pending a determination thereof by the city council. Such suspension shall become a revocation of said permit if upheld by the city council. The suspension shall be dissolved immediately if the decision of the city council reverses the suspension.
