§ 19.13. Registration of alarm agent.

No person shall operate as an alarm agent within the city without first applying for and receiving a state registration therefor in accordance with the provisions of Division 3, Chapter 11.6 of the Business and Professions Code (Sections 7590, et seq.) and filing a copy of such registration with the police department.
