§ 19.5. Same - Issuance of new permits after revocation.

If the permit of any person to engage in, conduct or carry on any business or activity under the provisions of this chapter shall be revoked, no permit shall be granted to such person to engage in, conduct or carry on such business or activity within six months after such revocation.
