§ 19.3. Revocation or suspension - Generally.

In the event that any person holding a permit to engage in, conduct or carry on any business or activity pursuant to this chapter shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or any provision of any other ordinance of the city, or any law relating to or regulating any such business, or shall conduct or carry on any such business or activity in an unlawful manner, such permit may be revoked by the city council in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Any such permit may be temporarily suspended by the chief of police pending a hearing by the city council. Such temporary suspension shall become permanent unless appealed by the permittee. (Ord.
