§ 13.85. Certified unified program agency.

To the extent that the City of Vernon is designated a certified unified program agency pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 6.11 of the California Health and Safety Code (commencing with section 25404), the city shall implement this article VI. If the City of Vernon is not designated a certified unified program agency, or if such designation is withdrawn, this article shall have no force or effect. (Ord.
