§ 13.75. Penalties for violation.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
