§ 13.70. Further regulations.

The administering agency may promulgate regulations to further refine or clarify the requirements of this article. Such regulations shall be contained in a resolution and shall be effective after the approval by the City Council. Upon approval, such regulations shall have the same force and effect as other provisions of this article. (Ord. No. 1160, Exh. A.)
