§ 13.65. Personnel training.

The hazardous materials establishment operator shall be responsible for the training of all personnel that work with hazardous materials at the establishment. The training shall include classroom or on-the-job instruction which informs facility personnel about hazardous material management safety procedures, the establishment's hazardous materials business plan, and laws relevant to the positions to which they are assigned. The establishment operator shall maintain records of the names of personnel receiving training, dates of instruction, and the training subject matter. (Ord. No. 1160, Exh. A.)
