§ 13.63. Notification of the emergency response agency and administering agency.

The operator or the emergency contact designated in an establishment's hazardous materials business plan shall immediately notify the emergency response agency as well as the administering agency of any release of hazardous materials. (Ord. No. 1160, Exh. A.)
