§ 13.47. Further regulations.

The local agency shall promulgate regulations to implement and clarify the requirements of this article, regulating the construction, operation, maintenance, monitoring and testing of underground storage tanks used for the storage of hazardous substances. Such regulations shall be effective only after approval by the city council by its minute order. Upon approval, such regulations shall have the same force and effect as other provisions of this article. (Ord. No. 944, § 3.)
