§ 13.9. Persons engaging in more than one activity.

If a person shall engage in, conduct, manage or carry on at the same time more than one of the activities for which a health permit is required by this article, he shall be deemed to be engaged in, conducting, managing or carrying on each such activity separately and apart from the other such activity, whether located on the same premises or not, except in those cases specifically mentioned in this article.
