§ 13.25. Appeals to city council.

At any time within thirty days after a permit has been suspended, the permittee may appeal the action of the health officer. The appeal agency, for this article, shall be the city council. A failure to appeal within thirty days shall be deemed a waiver of the right to appeal. (Ord. No. 805, § 3.03.)
