§ 13.22. Rules and regulations.

The health officer is hereby authorized to adopt reasonable rules and regulations governing those businesses and vehicles specified in section 13.7. Such rules and regulations shall be effective only after approval thereof by the city council. Upon such approval by the city council, the rules and regulations shall have the same force and effect as other provisions of this article. (Ord. No. 805, § 2.16; Ord.
